Refund policy

30-Day Return Guarantee

Every BullBoulder hitch can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, as long as it is in resellable condition. Email contact@bullboulder.com with your order number and we'll reply with return approval and instructions within one business day.

Resellable condition means: the hitch has not been towed with, shows no wear or marks on the shank or ball mount, and is returned with all original components (shank, ball mount, pins, clips) and packaging. Test-fitting the hitch in your receiver to check size and clearance is fine and does not affect your return.

Hitches that have been towed with cannot be returned. Once a hitch has carried a load it can't be resold, so we're not able to accept it for a change-of-mind return. It remains fully covered by our Lifetime Warranty for any defect in materials or workmanship.

Return shipping: You cover return shipping on change-of-mind returns. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, we send a prepaid label.

Wrong item, damaged, or defective on arrival: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We ship the correct or replacement item at no cost and cover return shipping.

Refund timing: Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our Dallas, TX warehouse. Your bank may take 5–10 more business days to post it.

Pre-orders: Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Your estimated ship date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. If it changes, we'll email you, and you can cancel then.

Lifetime Warranty

Every BullBoulder hitch is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it. If your hitch fails under normal use within its rated capacity (12,500 lb for 2" receivers, 18,500 lb for 2.5" receivers), we'll repair or replace it at no charge. The warranty covers the hitch only, not the vehicle, trailer, or cargo, and does not cover cosmetic wear, receiver contact marks, overloading, modification, improper installation, or accident damage.
